The issue of LCD or Plasma TV is one that seems to affect many TV buyers. It's very simple, it's just the type of TV available and part of consumers had to do was to compare features and manufacturers. Before going further we first discuss the main difference between the two. The combination of ionized gas is used to create the plasma. These gases are stored in the cells of many film-coated phosphor. Frequent loading and unloading of the cells with electricity produces pixels allowing us to see the image on the screen. Unlike plasma TVs, LCD cells are made of liquid crystals.
The main obstacle to success of plasma TVs has been the failure to burn. Although manufacturers have reduced this effect, but there is still room for improvement. Plasma TVs tend to give blacks more deep, large screen at an affordable price, and the response time a little better and pixels. TVs LCD, however, are not susceptible to burn-in, more elegant, can be a good replacement computer monitor, and are now equipped with high definition technology. Today screen televisions with either a plate LCD or plasma. Choose the type of plate can have a significant impact on the enjoyment of TV. It is important to consider how to use the flat screen before making a decision purchase.
But for a true fan of sports a 120 Hz LCD is better choice. The greatest sports action, especially in the upper range of screen size is an investment for someone who spends much time to enjoy sports entertainment. A good rule is if you spend more money to subscribe to specialized sports channel that you really should consider investing in a 120 Hz LCD
