When marketing consultants are hired for a project, it is common to both the consultant and client to come up with new ideas along the road. But beware of "scope creep ": small changes in the scope of a project that eventually add up to a great change of direction - a big impact on the budget.
As a consultant marketing, you want to be sure, as a scope of the project develops, their salary increases accordingly.
